How long does each candle burn?
Each 9 oz CINLAQUÍN candle offers approximately 50 hours of burn time. For the best results, trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn.
What are your candles made of?
A premium soy wax blend, a lead-free cotton wick and finely composed fragrance oils — hand-poured into our signature cognac glass vessel.
How do I care for my candle?
On the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface (2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling. Trim the wick before each burn, keep away from draughts, and stop burning once ½ inch of wax remains.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — every order arrives in our signature keepsake box. You can add a hand-written note at checkout, so it's ready to gift the moment it arrives.
When will my order ship?
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Complimentary shipping is included on every order over $120.
What is your returns policy?
Unused, unburned candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us and we'll guide you through it.
Can I reuse the cognac glass vessel?
Absolutely. Once the candle is finished, warm and wipe out any remaining wax, wash gently, and keep the vessel as a glass or trinket dish.
