Our Promise

We want you to love your CINLAQUÍN candle. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

Unused, unburned candles in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@cinlaquincandles.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your candle arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, burned or used candles cannot be returned unless faulty.
