The CINLAQUÍN Ritual

How to light a memory

A candle is more than a scent — it is a small ceremony. Here is how we light ours, so every burn becomes a moment worth keeping.

01

Set the scene

Dim the lights, quiet the noise, and choose a moment that belongs only to you. The ritual begins before the flame.

02

The first burn

On the first lighting, let the wax melt fully to the edge of the cognac glass — about two hours. This sets an even, lasting burn for every evening after.

03

Breathe it in

Let the fragrance bloom and fill the room. Close your eyes and let it carry you somewhere — a kitchen at dusk, a first bouquet, a summer you never want to forget.

04

Let it linger

Extinguish gently, trim the wick, and let the warmth settle. The memory stays long after the flame is gone.
